Bound in a single corset, Johnny Rockitt and Zackary Binxx hit the spotlight in unison. As performance artists they grace clubs throughout LA and the Bay Area, working life with the same imagination as their art.

Having met in Orange County, 2007, they spent two magical days together. Zack was bound for San Francisco, and while they traded parting kisses with locks of each other’s hair, it wasn’t long before they were sharing a tent in the living-room of their first apartment. A year later they cut the trappings of city life and moved to the Big Island of Hawaii and the off-grid raves of Kapoho.

The magic of the island cultivated their love of Kickass-Fairy-Unicorn-Mystic performance art. The first incarnation of their double corset was recycled from a pair of trashed leather pants held together with bits of wire, string, treasure and ingenuity. Separating in two complete halves, it reflects how two beautiful and complete individuals can unite into a new whole.

Since then their Conjoined Act has been featured in numerous venues and performance groups throughout California, including Miss Kitty’s Parlor and Wildchild World. Building their club-kid career, the act, the actors and the corset itself has evolved to become even more polished and brilliant with every show.
